The health care center that serves patients on Cleveland's East Side has been battling pay debts and avoid a receivership.

There are 12 returning Cleveland City Council members and three first-time members. One member called for more trust from Mayor Justin Bibb.

The Ohio Department of Health said nationwide data shows the virus is putting young children and older adults at more risk of hospitalization.

Students must now be five years old by the first day of school to start kindergarten. CMSD hasn’t yet set a start date for next school year.
