BENJI UPDATE 📌 rescued 4 days ago! Four days ago, at Sunday’s auction, we intercepted this little senior mini. His feet were so long they were literally curling and digging into the tops of his hooves at the hairline. HORRIFYING! Once we got him to Pete, we learned something even more gut-wrenching: his feet had been sawed off before. Let that sink in. Instead of proper farrier care, someone had taken a saw to his hooves that were too long once before and allowed him to get back like this! Pete
