Budget stand mixer review number 7! I will not be grabbing this machine again. I can overlook the ferment function because it mixed my dough well, but the disassembly is a dealbreaker for me. There are also other things I don't love, like how there is only one mixing speed. I have one more mixer to test but y’all also asked me to get the Drew Barrymore one from Walmart, which arrives on Dec 15. So I’ve added that in. Another company also offered to send me their budget mixer, so there may be a 9
